‍Description:  Our RC (Radio-Controlled) Chesapeake Bay Workboat is a sophisticated working model, designed around an actual workboat that spends her days harvesting crabs, oysters and fish from the Chesapeake. Her authentic details include box stern, pilot house, upswept bow, side decks, open cockpit, low freeboard, engine box, exhaust port, detailed stern control station, life ring, fire extinguisher, lights (non-functioning), horn, cabin top handrails, bitts, acrylic windows, prop, prop shaft and rudder. Boat is wood construction (Canadian Red Cedar), with fiberglass hull overlay for waterproofing. A wooden display stand is also included. Boat is white, with gray cockpit floor and copper/red bottom paint. Full electronics are included - Tx, Rx, ESC (water-cooled), electric motor (water-cooled), servo and water pump. RC boat is fully assembled. She comes with a detailed Operation Manual. Top speed, 10-15 MPH. Typical run time, 20-30+ minutes, depending on batteries and throttle setting.

Not included: Primary propulsion batteries. Boat requires two main batteries. We recommend NiMH batteries, approx. 4000-5000 mAh, 6-cell, flat (not humped), 7.2V, with EC3 connectors. You will also need a battery charger. Batteries and charger are available from many hobby shops (and on Amazon).
