Chesapeake Deadrise Workboat Model, 39" Long, Fiberglass

‍Description:  Chesapeake Bay Workboat model is designed around actual workboat built to harvest crabs, oysters and fish. She has a FIBERGLASS HULL, composed of two layers of 3/4 oz. fiberglass, with polyester resin and white gel coat exterior). Model includes authentic details such as box stern, cabin, upswept bow, side decks, open cockpit, low freeboard, engine box, exhaust port, stern controls, life ring, fire extinguisher, lights (non-functioning), horn, handrails, bitts, windows, prop, prop shaft and rudder. Boat "upperworks" is wood construction. Boat ships fully assembled and wooden display stand is also included. Boat is white, with gray cockpit floor.

Model Type: Boat is designed as a static model, for display only. If desired, you can use your talents to convert model into RC (radio-controlled) workboat (electric or gas). This will require electronics (motor, Rx, Tx, ESC, servo, etc.), different prop, shaft and rudder, and batteries, as well as modifications to the upperworks to properly install the additional components. A large rectangular cut-out is included beneath the engine box, to assist with conversion tasks, all of which are customer's responsibility.

Boat Dimensions: 39" long X 13.50" wide X 11.00" high (overall). Specific height at bow is 7.75", specific height at stern is 5" and specific width at stern is 11.12". Boat is approx. 1:12 scale.
